It was during my months living in Burleigh Heads, Australia that I learned "the power of place"'—how the right environment can shape experiences, create memories, and build connections. The name Burleigh represents that ethos, which is the driving force behind our mission: to bring that sense of place and possibility to the neighborhoods and properties we invest in.

Founder
Pete Pittroff
With a background in real estate development, Pete brings over $450M in transaction experience, having contributed to the acquisition and development of 800 multifamily units and 400,000 SF of logistics space at Greystar. Notable work includes two Class-A apartment buildings in the city of Everett, MA, as well as 211 Highland, which marked Greystar's entry into the logistics sector in New England.
Now based in Newport, RI, Pete leads all operations at Burleigh. When he’s not at work, you can find him exploring Rhode Island's coastline for an uncrowded wave or spending time with his wife Lucy, and their dog Moose.
